Face Massage Ritual
This treatment is all the delicious parts of a facial, without stepping into the esthetics realm. Suki Naturals + my homemade organic/natural products are used throughout the treatment. Lymph drainage (detoxifying), Swedish massage (improves circulation, lifts, and tones), acupressure (relieve tension, induces relaxation, and unblocks energy/qi), and energy work are combined to create a lovely ritual that goes beyond skin deep. Practice graceful aging with this treatment - calm your inner world and nurture your skin/body.

Back Treatment Ritual
This ritual is perfect added to any massage. Warm towels, scrub, mask, toner, and moisturizer clean and soothe the skin. An aromatherapy scalp treatment and hand massage are performed while the detoxifying and moisturizing masks are doing their work.

Belly Massage Ritual
Abdominal massage can aid in full body relaxation and promote digestive health. Warm towels soften the skin and muscle tissue. Detoxifying oil infused with essential oils are used during the massage plus energy work. Breath awareness cues are added to assist in diaphragm release. Also includes a soothing oatmeal and shea butter mask. The core is the center of us and can be key in a massage to balance the body. Great added to any massage.
